Course Description
Learn to create and deliver audience-focused informative and persuasive presentations using credible research, impactful presentation aids, and professional vocal and physical techniques. Participants will face scenario-based challenges typical in business settings to determine the necessary information, use credible sources ethically, organize information logically, present in a variety of channels professionally, and manage questions professionally.

Assessment and Certification
WorkForceRemote.org courses use a unique and innovative Success Training Methodology. Participants must earn a 100% score on assessments to progress to the next module and can retake assessments as needed without penalty. This approach ensures participants engage fully with the content and thoroughly understand the material.
Upon completing the course, participants receive a downloadable digital certificate with a unique ID number, completion date, and the number of PDCs assigned to the certification. Certificate status can be verified on the WorkForceRemote.org website.
