WorkForceRemote.org is an independent and impact-creating organization that aims to lead organizations supporting remote workers toward optimizing the remote work experience in the areas of Productivity, Access, Communication, and Engagement.

We have a passion for inspiring and helping others realize the potential of remote work and professional development training. We accomplish this through our value-add contributions, professional development trainings, and online certification programs for remote professionals, leaders, and organizations.

We are the pioneers in advancing the field of remote work by identifying knowledge gaps between traditional on-site work and the new way of work we are creating together. Our goal is to equip remote workers, leaders, and organizations from various sectors to confidently go remote and work on while preserving the important elements of company culture and human connections.

Our Inspiration

Our inspiration for WorkplaceRemote.org emerged from our experiences and observations of remote work over the last few decades. We noticed that the professionalism and quality of service varies greatly within and among organizations. With no standard definition of remote quality workers seem to have no expectations and no accountability. Without clear workplace standards, supervisors have no way to fairly measure remote quality. To help individuals and organizations achieve the potential of remote work, we started WorkForceRemote.org.

Our Process

To help organizations implement the advantages of standardization, WorkForceRemote.org provides employees and supervisors self-paced, online certification tracks and professional development courses. With a focus on serving the customer (internal and external), user-friendly courses using our Success Training Methodology to give learners practical strategies for making immediate improvements in their approach to remote work. 

Our Passion

We haven’t just built the training, we’ve lived it – before remote work was cool. We are passionate about helping organizations proactively adapt to a sustainable remote work environment by adopting processes and lessons developed from our years of lessons learned and successes. We help organizations set high expectations for remote quality, and train their employees and leaders in fulfilling those expectations.
