Course Description
Learn strategies for effective communication within remote teams and select appropriate channels. Complete all Comm 101 lessons successfully which counts toward your Remote Professional Certificate.
Learning Objectives
- Compare and contrast effective and ineffective communication techniques for remote teams to deliver clear and appropriate messages for a variety of situations.
- Compare channels to maximize collaboration and communication efforts.
- Identify active listening and feedback strategies when communicating with others.
- Explore methods to manage and resolve conflicts by identifying areas of common interest and building rapport among parties in conflict.
- Identify ways to foster an inclusive work culture, accommodating diverse perspectives through communication techniques.
- Create a Professional Code of Ethics for Communication, promoting clarity and respect.
