    Course Description

Participants will face scenario-based challenges typical in business settings to determine the necessary information, use credible sources ethically, organize information logically, present in a variety of channels professionally, and manage questions professionally.This course is worth 6 hours of training or 6 PDCS (SHRM).

    Assessment and Certification

    WorkForceRemote.org courses use a unique and innovative Success Training Methodology. Participants must earn a 100% score on assessments to progress to the next module and can retake assessments as needed without penalty.     Upon completing the course, participants receive a downloadable digital certificate with a unique ID number, completion date, and the number of PDCs assigned to the certification. Certificate status can be verified on the WorkForceRemote.org website.
