His training programs focus on blending technical precision with practical applications to address real-world challenges in the security and IT industries.

    Mark brings over 20 years of experience in IT, including roles as Network Operations Manager at Columbia Southern University, where he supported enterprise-level systems for 30,000 students and 1,000 staff, and as Project Manager at N.E.S.T., where he led complex building management system implementations for clients like Morton’s Steakhouse and Crate & Barrel.
