Important Communication Definitions:

Synchronous: Communication that happens live, such as video, phone, instant messaging, or in-person meetings.

Asynchronous: Communication that allows for a delayed response, such as email, voicemail, and written letters.

1. Physical Labor & Manipulation
Does this job require constant hands-on manipulation of physical objects, or is it mostly digital/knowledge work?
1 = Highly Physical (Construction, Surgery), 10 = Pure Knowledge Work (Coding, Writing)
2. Communication Dependency
Can this role operate effectively using asynchronous communication, or does it require constant synchronous interaction?
1 = Requires Constant Live Sync/In-person, 10 = Thrives on Asynchronous Methods
3. Specialized Equipment
Does the employee need access to heavy onsite machinery, or can the work be done via a laptop and cloud software?
